Refresher courses

Refresher courses are available subject to the following requirements:

You need to have completed the relevant training course within the past 4 years and provide proof by uploading this to your online profile.

Kindly note that you will need to achieve a minimum or 80% to be declared competent in the relevant assessment.

Should you achieve less than 80% but higher than 75%, you may request a supplementary assessment at an additional fee. This supplementary assessment must be completed within 3 weeks of your initial attempt.

Should you achieve less than 75%, you will be required to attend the full subject Training Course.
